Boycott

This award-winning HBO Original movie is based on the 13-month boycott of the use of bus services by the coloured community in Montgomery, Alabama. The furore is caused when a black woman, Rosa Parks, refused to give up her bus seat for a white man. Featuring intense and passionate performances by Jeffrey Wright as Martin Luther King and Terrence Dashon Howard, the film portrays the truth, taking an unbiased look at race relations, and delivers the message in an interesting documentary-cum-feature film style.
