Kale spends his days playing video games, surfing the net and watching cable. He has free reign of the house and hot young Ashley has just moved in next door. There's only one problem — he's not allowed to leave the house. Kale's under house arrest for three months and if he takes one step beyond a 100-foot perimeter of the house, he will be confined in a real prison. Soon Kale starts to notice the world outside. With surveillance equipment he starts spying on his neighbors and begins to suspect that one of his neighbors may be a serial killer.
