Zen is working hard to compete for a scholarship to lift himself out of poverty. A senior on the team's drug use is spread and the school announcing their intent to disband the basketball club. He has to hurriedly find new teammates and a coach in time for the season's first qualifying round.
The school's basketball team is at risk of being disbanded after a clip of the senior members doing drugs gets shared online. Zen runs into Ryu while the latter is being chased by gang members. Lin feels guilty for putting the basketball team at risk and decides to sign up to be the team's manager.
Zen finds himself helping Ryu in a rooftop basketball game after an injury of a team member. He later confronts Ryu about his lifestyle choice but Ryu refuses to answer his question. Ton, who decides to coach the team, struggles to find someone to be in the power forward position.
Most of the team does not trust Ryu after learning of his street basketball background. Ton manages to find the 12th player of the team, Chogun, who has autism and a good shot.
Atom rescues Zen from Q and his men. After walking Zen home after a training session, Ryu finds himself competing against Atom to be Zen's grandmother's favorite. The team's dissatisfaction with Ton starts to grow due to the repetitiveness of the drills.
Coach Ton orders the team to stay at school on the weekend for a training retreat. A drastic measure gets put in place after endless arguments between Ryu and Zen break out
The time has come. The team is trained and ready for their next games with Siamwit and Interhigh. Ryu promises the team to join them for a night out after the game, but something unexpected happens
Zen wants to settle the score with Interhigh's team for beating up Ryu. Atom insists on doing it instead and ends up getting into a fight, jeopardizing his scholarship. Meanwhile, love begins to blossom among the team members of Tanwarin.
Zen is reluctant to get into a relationship with Ryu due to his inexperience. Q asks Ryu if he can play for Tos one last time, and as soon as he agrees, both of them are forcibly taken away by Tos's men.
The school board cuts off financial support for the team, and everyone is worried they might not be able to play in the semifinals. The team puts their heads together and tries to find a solution to raise funds.
With help from Ryu and Atom, Zen decides to compete in street basketball matches to pay for his grandmother's surgery. Despite the team's good track record, the school board is still bent on disbanding the club in favor of academic achievements.
Coach Ton is suspended after his history of stimulant use is discovered, and has to be put under investigation. Meanwhile, Zen struggles to make a decision about his tertiary scholarship.
Ryu tries to convince his mother to see the reasons and recognize his love for basketball. Zen makes a difficult decision before the finals.
