Ky Hai applies at Saigon d'Or restaurant. Suprisingly, the manager of the restaurant is his "one-night stand". Chef “Son 3S” seems like a big villain will Ky Hai overcome all the challenges to have a spot in the kitchen?

The chef gets angry because his favorite knife has disappeared. The whole kitchen crazily search for the knife, then when they find it, they try to hide it again. ​

Rival restaurant is opening soon. Uyen Thu finds ways to attract more customers. She places a big glass in front of the kitchen, that gets to the chef’s nerve.

Chi accidentally breaks Chef’s mototbike’s mirror. The chef blames Mrs. Lan for it, then take revenge on her car. Hai and Thu talk seriously about their opinion of love and marriage.

At a VIP’s private party, Mr. Son gets drunk, and Hai must pretend to be a chef. At Ba Cai Dia restaurant, Phuc proves his abilities when taking on Mr. Son's job.​ ​

Chef Son is dianosed of brain cancer. Uyen Thu wants Ky Hai to move in with her, but his refusal hurts her dignity.​

Ky Hai installs a hidden camera in the kitchen to steal the recipe of “Ngu Phuc Thuy Tinh”, Chef Son’s signasture dish. Hai accidentally saves the restaurant from trouble with the evidence of the indecent inspector.​

Loc's dish is chosen as the new dish of the restaurant’s menu. Chef Son discovers that dish is just a copyfat of the rival restaurant. He decides to teach Loc a lesson.

Andy's wife takes part in managing the restaurant, forcing Phuc Loc Tho to quit. Ky Hai suggests Khoa to make fake wine, causing him more trouble.
